All information requested is required and registration is subject to class availibility. 
Payments can be made in the form of a check, money order, or debit/credit card. 
 
After receipt of your registration, you should receive an auto response from MSAR and you will be contacted
by a member of the MSAR staff within 48 hours to confirm your registration and request your payment information.
If  you have not been contacted within 48 hours of registration submission, please call
the MSAR office: 770-477-7579 .
