Description
This course defines key terms and identifies types of tenancies and rental agreements. The instructor also covers procedures for handling rental agreement termination, assignment, subletting, security, deposits, trusts accounts and trust funds and other practical topics.

MSAR Real Estate Institute Instructor. Earlene Gardner has trained many sales agents. As a licensed instructor for the State of Georgia she has trained hundreds more. Earlene is licensed to instruct Pre-License Salespersons Course, Pre-License Broker Course and numerous Continuing Education Courses - including Property management and Selling HUD Homes.
