The HUD-1 Settlement Statement has been basically unchanged for almost 40 years.  The Hud-1 has now been changed and its use becomes mandatory on January 1, 2010!  Also, the Good Faith Estimate has changed and its use becomes mandatory on January 1st as well.  Are you aware of the changes?  Can you adequately assist your clients as it relates to these new forms?  RESPA Revisions, a 3 hour CE course for REALTORS, will review these forms and alert licensees as to how to best help their clients!
