Description
The purpose of this class is to help Real Estate Licensees better understand the Settlement Statement. Licensees completing this course will attain the following:
- The GA Real Estate License Law regarding Settlements Statements
- Be able to read and understand Settlement Statements
- Readily identify closing costs on the Setlement Statement
- Be able to explain Steelement Statements to clients and customers
