Description
The objective of this course is to prepare agents for the final phase of the transaction which begins with the contract and ends when the contract is consummated at closing. To be prepared for this phase, an agent must first insure the previous phase was completed properly. For this reason, a brief review of the contracting phase is necessary. In each of the following sections, the instructor will use the following method(s) to facilitate learning: question and answer, visual aids (ex. HUD-1), situational scenarios, and other activities deemed necessary to help increase the student's knowledge of course content.
