Description
The objective of this class is to take the agent through a review of the basic elements of contracts and to prepare the agent for the final phase of the transaction which begins with the contract and ends when the contract is consummated at closing. The class covers some aspects of general contract law and focuses on handling contingencies, etc. Provides a checklist to insure creation of good contracts, from the “WHO” to the “HOW”.
