Description Effective January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2004, and for successive four year periods thereafter, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time. REALTORS® completing such training during any four year cycle shall not be required to complete additional ethics training in respect of this requirement as a requirement of membership in any other board or association.

MSAR Real Estate Institute Instructor Sandra McCrary has trained many sales agents.  She was named REALTOR® of the Year for MSAR in 2003, 2005 and 2006.  Sandra was President of MSAR in 2003 and was instrumental in the building of our present office building.  She is a past recipient of the Barbara Segner Award for outstanding and dedicated service from the Women's Council of REALTORS® and was Women's Council of REALTORS® Member of the Year at the local and state level for 2005.
