Broker Pre-License Courses
2010
Broker Qualifications
To be eligible to become a Broker in Georgia, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a non-resident license
- Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency
- Have served actively for 3 out of last 5 years as a licensed salesperson
- Complete an approved 60 hour broker course
- Pass the state real estate Broker examination
- Obtain a criminal history report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

The Following Broker Pre-License Courses are scheduled for 2010
TUITION: EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE DUE IN BY 1-14-2010
MSAR MEMBERS $300 NON-MEMBERS $325
AFTER 1-14-2010 FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
MSAR Members $350 Non-Members $375
MSAR REI is now accepting 1/2 tuition fee at registration with final payment due in by 3-09-2010 (mid-term).
Students are required to pay full tuition (Early bird fee does not apply)
and have final payment in by 3-09-2010 in order to continue with the course.
Optional Cram Course Fee: $50

Sufficient enrollment is required to convene this course. MSAR REI reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine courses and to change instructors, fees and/or classroom assignments when necessary. In the event MSAR REI cancels the course, students will receive a full refund.
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, with the exception of cash payments, which will be refunded by check. Please allow up to four weeks to receive check payments.
