    Continuing Education
All individuals who hold an active real estate license and whose license number is above 100,000 are required to complete 24 hours of Commission approved continuing education during each four year renewal period. If your license number is less than 100,000 you are not required to complete continuing education for renewal. A renewal period begins four years prior to the current renewal due date. Example: Your renewal due date is March 31, 2006. Commission approved continuing education must be completed between April 1, 2002 and March 31, 2006. Continuing education completed before or after that date range is not acceptable for this renewal period.

    Designations
Enhance your image. You can show clients and customers your designations to illustrate your professionalism and expertise. There's a strong correlation between real estate licensees' level of professionalism and their earnings potential.

Do you want to start your on business or manage an existing brokerage office?  If you have been actively licensed as a sales person for at least two years, you are eligible to take the Broker's Course to upgrade your license.

    Post License
If you hold a Salesperson's license you are required to complete a 25 hour Commission approved Postlicense course during your first year of licensure. This course will count for 6 hours of continuing education for your renewal. You must complete an additional 18 hours of continuing education during this renewal period.

Career WebSchool Georgia courses let you study from your home or office to fulfill your real estate education requirements quickly, conveniently, and easily.
